Tom Brady, might have had a rough year, but he's killing it in the Real Estate market with several properties under his belt, and plans for more. Previous owners of the 22,000 sqft Brentwood, CA estate (formerly owned by Dr. Dre) he and his wife have now officially moved back to the East Coast for good.
The same year that San Diego's Phillip Rivers signed a $92 million dollar extension with the Chargers, he purchased this Santaluz home for $3.299.
