ABOUT ME

My career in the mortgage industry started in 1998 where I worked with a small company selling only 2nd mortgages as the closer.  I worked-up closing documents and coordinated the wire transfer with the title company.  From there, I transitioned to a processor, account representative, assistant to a loan officer and finally to a certified loan officer.  I am grateful for my experience because I wholeheartedly believe that each position has equipped me with the knowledge and skillset I have today.

My goal is to get to know each one of my clients as both an individual and as a family.  It is important to me to know where - as a borrower, you are today and where you want to be in the future so that I can ensure that you are in the right loan for you.  I take personal care to stay in contact with my clients once you are cozy and settled in your new home.  I do this to ensure that you are satisfied not only on the day of closing - but for many years to come.

For me, it's not just about the mortgage loan or the transaction - it's about getting to know you.  And I work hard to build relationships with my clients so that I can be there for them when they are ready for the next phase of their lives - whenever that may be.

My family is the most important thing in my life.  They - are my big “WHY”.  I married my husband, Jan, in 2003.  We had our son, Christiaan, in 2006 and added our daughter, Libby, in 2008.  In my free time, you can find me cheering on the Denver Broncos, on a bike ride or just hanging out with my family.  I feel very blessed to have such a supportive family and wonderful career.
