Winter Home Decorating for After the Holidays

Happy New Year! The holiday season is officially over and it’s back to business as usual. Chances are you’ve already taken down your holiday decorations or have plans to pretty soon. Depending on how festive you get, your home can feel pretty empty after everything gets put back away. So, how do you decorate when it’s still winter out, but Santa has to go home? Let’s find out…

Use candles. Candles are lovely to have out whether they’re scented or not and they’re perfect for the colder months.

Don't pack away the snowmen. The great thing about snowmen is they aren’t tailored specifically towards the holidays so it’s safe to keep them out all winter long.

White…anything. Whether it’s a wreath or flower centerpiece there’s no limiting the amount of possibilities you can create with white décor.

Use snowy-things. By this I mean (fake) trees with (fake) snow on them, knick knacks, or even canned snow that you can spray. Yes, it may get a little messy, but it’s so fun!

So tell me, how are you going to decorate your home this winter?
