Kim is our team processor and has been in the mortgage business for over 30 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our team!
During her time in the mortgage industry, Kim has earned first-hand experience in all areas of mortgage such as processing, compliance and closing.
Kim has 2 children: a daughter named Leighton born in 1997 and a son, Blayne, born in 2003. She really enjoys being outside hiking, skiing, working in the yard and just relaxing.

A Colorado native, Mandy’s passion has been mortgage banking for the past 24 years. Experienced in aspects from processing to underwriting.
Mandy takes pride in holding herself to a higher standard of service andintegrity with her top priority in making her clients feel at ease throughout the entire loan process.
Mandy loves the outdoors and enjoys time with her two boys, Mason and Cooper. Mandy also enjoys reading, hiking and escaping to the mountains when she can.
